Everyone asks me what the weather is like out here and if we get much snow. Well, it definitely snows, but it's very different than Utah snow. It's MUCH easier to make snowmen with out here (it's very wet), but unfortunately that also makes it very hard to drive! It feels really silly when they cancel school with only 4 inches of snow, but then you drive to the store and slide the whole way and you kind of get it! Well, except for Milt. He still thinks it's ridiculous, but then he also shovels the sidewalk in shorts, so go figure!
Here are some pictures of McKinley and Kennedy playing in the snow here on a snow day when school was cancelled. We made a really incredible snowman during the first big snow, but we forgot to take a picture (trust me...it was fabulous). And thank you Aunt Ashley for the hand-me-down coat for Maddox...it fits Kennedy perfectly!

Every time you mention "snow days" it causes me the same type of pain you feel when we say "Cafe Rio"! But, I will try to be more sensitive about that in the future.:) McKinley looks like she's posing for a modeling shoot. She's so cute. Glad your back to blogging. I missed yours!
Your kids are getting so big!We always laugh when we hear that schools in the east cancel school due to a few inches of snow...now we know why!
