A day full of GREEN!

This year St. Pattys was enjoyed by ALL. McKinley was VERY excited to wear her new, sparkly green shirt with a stylish scarf (I hope she's always this easy to please!) to school. And during the morning Kennedy and Maddox got to go enjoy the warm weather outside at the nearby park, where Kennedy was quickly sent to Time Out (she's not allowed to climb on top of the tunnel), and Maddox managed to fall smack down in the mud (which he actually enjoyed a little too much)! Basically, Maddox was on a rampage and managed to get FOUR Green shirts dirty throughout the day between the fun he had with mud, food, and contraband candy. That's a pretty fun day full of green!

But dinner was the highlight of the day with our Green Eggs and Ham (thank you green food coloring). It looked a little too weird for me at first, but the kids loved it! In fact, Kennedy has been requesting it for dinner for days now! We hope you all had a wonderful St. Patrick's Day!

I'm giggling that your sweet girl is posing/smiling so happily on top of the tunnel for a picture but then she had time out because that's a no-no. Too too cute! Well done on your festive meal - you are such a good Mom.

Love all the green - especially the scarf. I love the green eggs and ham - see you ARE a fun mom ;)

You are a good mom. St. Patty's Day at our house consisted of me realizing that we don't really have green clothes, and having to be kind of creative to make sure my kids didn't get pinched at school. :)

It looks like creativity comes natural to you! You are much more fun than us. For dinner we had Corned Beef and Cabbage and "Yes you will eat your dinner," was stated a couple times. I never thought of green eggs and ham. Your a genius!
